Megan Laurel Wilson is an artist, researcher, and digital technologist that creates artworks primarily exploring the relationship of the human body and the digital space. The psychological, cultural, and social implications of digital technology on the human experience are central themes in her practice. She combines wearable technology, sculpture, installation, and video work to create a dialogue with the viewer about the role current technologies play in their everyday life. 

She received her in BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Creative Technologies from Virginia Tech in 2010 and her MFA in Studio Art from Florida State University in 2016.
